Header Standard Fabrication

TAB TOP

  • Tab height 4 inches, 6 tabs per 40 inches or 1 meter.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3-1/8 inches (8 cm).
  • curtain length is measured from the top of pole to bottom.
  • If rod length 100 inches, then multiply by 1.2x-2x width for folds and fullness, you need order 2 panels of each 60-100 inches wide.
  • Velcro tab top is suggested to used for outdoor curtains. It make removing and installation easy and quick.
  • It works for rod or rod with clip rings.

BACK TAB

  • The height of tab and rod pocket is 4 inches, width of individual tab is 2 inches.
  • 6 tabs per 40 inches (100 cm) width. 8 Tabs for 50" width, 10 tabs for 72" width, 12 tab for 84"W, 15 tabs for 100"W.
  • Top hem 1-1/2 inches, side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3-1/8 inches.
  • If rod length 100", multiply by 2x width for fullness, folds and overlap, then order 2 panels of each 100 inches wide.
  • It works for rod or rod with clip rings.

ROD POCKET

  • Pocket height 3 inches, 1 inch top flange in default. You also may ask for without top flange.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3-1/8 inches (8 cm).
  • If rod length 100", multiply by 1.5x width for fullness, folds and overlap, then order 2 panels of each 75 inches wide.
  • It works for rod or rod with clip rings.

GROMMET

Antique Bronze Grommet

  • Inside diameter of grommet 1.6 inches, outside diameter of grommet rim is 2.25 inches.
  • 6 grommets for 42" wide, 8 for 50"W, 10 for 72"W, 12 for 84"W, 14 for 100"W, 16 for 120"W, 22 for 150"W, 26 for 180" and 28 for 200" finished curtain width.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3-1/4 inches.
  • Measure the length from the top of pole or rod to where you want curtain to finish.
  • If rod length 100 inches, multiply by 1.5x-2x fullness for folds and overlap, then order 2 panels of each 75-100 inches width.
  • It works for rod or ceiling track with S shaped hooks. Eyelet headings are not suitable for curtain tracks, bay windows.

Nickel Grommet

  • Aluminum grommet is for outdoor curtains for rustproof purpose.

PINCH PLEAT

  • Pleat length 3-1/8 inches. Pleat depth 1 inch. White back tape width 3-1/8 inches. Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 4 inches.
  • Pleats space apart 5.5-6.5 inches.
  • Pleats pin hooks quantity: 9 pleats for 50" width; 13 pleats for 72" width; 15 pleats for 84" width; 19 pleats for 100" width; 21 pleats for 110" width, 23 pleats for 120" width, 29 for 150" width, 35 for 180" width and 37 for 200" width. The width and space of the pleats may vary slightly depending on your track or pole length. See the chart below.

  • Pin hook has a ratchet system to make them adjustable. Pin hooks included, but drapery rod rings are not included. Pin hooks height adjustable within 3 inches.
  • Panel width is the width that pleats already set. 1.8X fabric usage in default to create pleats and folds.
  • Panel width is from left pleat end to right pleat end, instead of left curtain side hem to right curtain side hem.
  • Measure length from the eye ring where the curtain hooks attached.
  • 1.5 inches side tuck (from side hem to left or right first pleat).
  • If rod or track length is 100", and multiply by 1.1x width or additional 4" width for overlap and gap privacy, then order 1 panel of 110" or 2 panels of each 55" wide.
  • Pinch Pleats can often require more widths of fabric for a given track/pole width so pinch pleat curtains can be quite a bit more expensive than other headings.
  • It works for track, traverse rod or pole with rings ( instead of rod with clip rings).
  • Pinch pleats are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more luxurious, tailored look.
  • Actually it is double pleats. Triple pleats could be made, but you need to require specially, and you need pay more.

GOBLET

  • Goblet height 3.5 inches (9 cm). Side hem 1 inch (2.54 cm), bottom hem 4 inches.
  • Goblet space apart 5.5-6.5 inches.
  • Pin hooks included, but drapery rod rings are not included.
  • Goblets and metal S shaped pin hooks quantity: 9 pleats for 50" width; 13 pleats for 72" width; 15 pleats for 84" width; 19 pleats for 100" width; 21 pleats for 110" width, 23 pleats for 120" width, 29 for 150" width, 35 for 180" width and 37 for 200" width.

  • Panel width is from left pleat end to right pleat end, instead of left curtain side hem to right curtain side hem. Tuck side 1 inch from side hem to left or right pleats.
  • Measure length from the eye ring where the curtain hooks attached to where you want curtain there.
  • If rod or track length 100", add additional 4" width for overlap and gap privacy, then order 1 panel of 104 inches ( finished curtain width) or 2 panels of each 52 inches wide.
  • It works for track, traverse rod, rod with rings or track. It doesn't work for rod with clip rings.
  • Goblet can often require more widths of fabric for a given track or pole width so goblet curtains can be quite a bit more expensive than other headers.
  • Goblet curtains are more gathered than other headers and have permanent sewn-in goblet for a more luxurious, tailored look.

FLAT HOOK

  • Header height 3 inches.
  • Pin hooks height 3 inches, adjustable height up and down. 6 pin hooks included per 40 inches width.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 4 inches.
  • Measure length from the eye ring to bottom. Rod rings not included, which need to purchased separately.
  • If rod length is 100 inches, suggest to multiply by 1.5x-2x fullness for folds and overlap, then order 2 panels of each 75-100 inches wide.
  • It works for traverse rod, rod with rings or track.
  • It works for curtain rod with clip rings, track, rod with eye rings.

TAPE PLEAT

  • Metal hooks inserted work with rod with ring. You also may pass the rod through the back tab.
  • Woven tape on back height 3 1/8 inches.
  • Metal hook space distance 4 3/4 inches.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3 1/8 inches.
  • Panel width is the width that pleats already set. 1.8X fabric usage in default to create pleats and folds.
  • Measure length from the eye ring to bottom. Rod rings not included, which is purchased separately.
  • 9 pleats for 50" width; 13 pleats for 72" width; 15 pleats for 84" width; 19 pleats for 100" width; 21 pleats for 110" width, 23 pleats for 120" width, 29 for 150" width, 35 for 180" width and 37 for 200" width.

CYLINDRICAL GOBLET

  • Made of PVC cylindrical goblet hook ( swan hook) create the goblet shape.
  • Swan hook space distance apart 5.5-6 inches. Swan hook included.
  • 3 slots are used for 1 swan hook, and you insert 1 swan hook every 3 slots.
  • Back tape height 3 1/8 inches.
  • Panel width is the width that pleats already set. 1.5X fabric usage in default to create folds waves.
  • Measure length from the eye ring to bottom. Rod rings not included, which is purchased separately.

  • Woven white band on back.

  • Hook belt metal hook in 3 inches. 6 pin hooks included per 40 inches width. Hooks included.
  • Side hem 1 inch, bottom hem 3 1/8 inches.
  • Measure length from the ring eyelet or top of pole to bottom. Rod clip rings not included.
  • If rod length is 100 inches, then multiply by 1.5x-2x fullness for folds and overlap, then order 2 panels of each 75-100 inches wide.
