Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm 

Our customer service team will reply to all your requests by e-mail. If you have a question regarding our products, or wish to inquire about the delivery status, return an item or receive a refund, please send us an inquiry at info@deconovo.co.uk. One of our customer service representative will reply you within 24 hours.

Holidays and Peak season:

During holidays such as Christmas, we will still reply your requests, however due to reduced staff capacity, we will do so in 48-72 hours.

Please note, that during the peak sales season, such as Black Friday, due to the increased amount of requests, we will do our best to reply you in less than 24-48 hours.
