I would like to return the curtains due to colour match issues.
Your customer service is shocking. I have sent multiple emails, I've received one reply saying not to the return the item but to send photos of the item. I've sent photos of the item and am now not receiving any replied from emails. Shockingly bad customer service.
Though the curtains are a nice quality, the colour is deep mustard rather than lemony, so the online images are not accurate. In my case, they match the room well enough to keep them. Also, the delivery was impossible to track as it kept saying "we can't find your product" for two days and then the parcel was suddenly left on my doorstep one evening (risky in these days of frequent theft).

Goods are of good quality and arrived in good time, no complaints. Was hoping the material would have been a bit thicker/heavier even if it meant paying more. However, will suffice so generally pretty happy overall.
