Returns Step-By-Step

  • Wait for our return shipping label
  • Put product back in its original packaging
  • Ship it back to us


As our products are shipped via Amazon, please do not return them directly to the address listed on our website.

If your goods are damaged, please take a picture together with the order ID and include alongside your email.


Returns Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for a return your item must:

  • have arrived in the last 30 days
  • be unused
  • be in salable condition
  • be in the original packaging.
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase
  • For damaged goods, include a picture


Other refunds, exchanges and delivery issues may face a 15% restocking fee. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

How much do returns cost?

If you return items

  • Because they're faulty or because of something we've done wrong? We won't charge you for the return/collection.
  • Because you've changed your mind? You'll need to pay the shipping costs.


If you return

  • your whole order? We'll give you a full refund, including what you paid for delivery, minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
  • some of your order? We'll refund for those items and their delivery, minus a 15% re-stocking fee.


 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Wait a day or two for processing.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges arrive within 2-5 days after processing.
