If your goods are damaged, please take a picture together with the order ID and include alongside your email.
Returns Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a return your item must:
- have arrived in the last 30 days
- be unused
- be in salable condition
- be in the original packaging.
- Include receipt or proof of purchase
- For damaged goods, include a picture
Other refunds, exchanges and delivery issues may face a 15% restocking fee. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

If you return items

Late or Missing Refunds

- Wait a day or two for processing.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges arrive within 2-5 days after processing.
